Review Before Production
Before your order ships, you receive a preview of your custom article. You have up to 24 hours to reply with approval or corrections. If no reply is received within this window, the article is automatically approved and enters production exactly as submitted at checkout. Once production begins, shipping proceeds normally and no changes can be made.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping is not available to Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, or United States Virgin Islands.
Production and Processing Time
Your order goes through two stages.
Article creation takes between 24 and 48 hours.
Printing and framing take about 48 and 72 hours after approval or expiration of the review window.
Processing times may extend slightly during high demand seasons.
Shipping Cost
The real shipping cost for each framed article is approximately 12 USD. This amount is already included in the final product price, meaning you enjoy Free Shipping with no extra charges.
Shipping Times
Once production is completed, your order is shipped through reliable domestic carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx). Standard delivery typically takes between 3 and 7 business days, depending on your state.
Delivery Address
You may choose to have the framed article delivered either to you or directly to the gift recipient. Simply enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
How Orders Are Fulfilled
We work with a trusted print on demand fulfillment partner located in the USA. They handle printing, framing, packaging, and shipping. They receive only the final layout of the article for production and do not receive any personal information.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier or through our Track Order page.

If Your Order Has Not Arrived
Before contacting us, please:
Confirm that the delivery address on your order is correct.
Check your local post office in case the package was held there.
Ask neighbors in case the courier left it with them.
If everything looks correct and the package is still missing, contact us with your order number for assistance.
Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once received back at our facility, but additional shipping charges may apply.
If the wrong address was entered at checkout, a new shipment can be arranged, but the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.
Shipping Damages
If your frame arrives damaged in transit, notify us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost.
Damage that occurs after delivery due to mishandling, accidents, drops, or attempts to hang the frame improperly is not eligible for replacement.
